The Wintec 2.5” PCIe (Gen 3.0×4) NVMe RoHS Compliant Solid State Drives (SSDs) are constructed with either Toggle or Synchronous MLC flash memory for high performance and reliability.
The Wintec 2.5” PCIe SSDs are optimized for performance, reliability, power and endurance to meet OEM requirements.
The Wintec 2.5” PCIe SSD utilizes the PCIe 3.0×4 interface along with the NVMe protocol to achieve high performance with sequential read up to 2800 MB/s and writes up to 1550 MB/s which is significantly faster than SATA-based SSDs.
The Wintec 2.5” PCIe SSD optimizes writes to the flash memory and implements highly intelligent block management, wear leveling and lifetime management schemes to increase overall drive endurance and reliability.
The Wintec 2.5” PCIe SSD offers capacities ranging up to 2TB (1960GB user) using industry standard MLC Toggle NAND flash paired with the PS5007 family of controllers.
